Huawei has once again upgraded its D14 and D15 Matebook laptops and equipped them with the AMD Advisor 5 and Advisor 7 processors. Other than that, both laptops are no different from their predecessors.
Both the D14 and D15 will be available in two versions with the Raizen 5 5500U mid-range processor and the more powerful Raizen 7 5700U processor, along with the Radeon Vega graphics chip. Raizen 5 has 6 cores and its maximum clock speed is 4 GHz. The 8-core Raizen 7 processor also has a clock speed of 4.4 GHz.
Huawei will offer both laptops with a 56-watt battery and a 65-watt charger. The D14 will have a 14-inch display and the D15 will have a 15.6-inch display. Both laptops have LCD screens and use an IPS panel. The ports on these two laptops include a USB-C charging port, a micro HDMI port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and two USB-A 2.0 and USB-A 3.2 ports.
The MateBook webcam is still in the keyboard area and is activated by pressing the corresponding button. Other features of the D14 and D15 include 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD memory.
These two products will be available on June 1 (June 11) in two colors, silver and gray.
